Printing labels in-house allows us to add a current Batch & Lot Number and Expiration Date. Labels must have the proper FDA Disclosures, a UPC Code, a QR Code, and your Businesses Contact Information.

Good product. Quite strong but, for new users, know that it takes some time to kick in. Might even be over an hour, up to two. I take partial doses, effectively getting more for my money. I never use a full dose at once because it flattens me out once it finally kicks in, but it’s very tempting to dose more before you feel anything, but it won’t help. Don’t expect to be productive while under the effects.
I experience the munchies, and occasional undesirable psychological side-effects, such as worrying about my health or the nature of existence the point of mild panic. But I think that’s probably normal, and will vary from user to user. If you are prone to paranoia or worry while under the effects of products like this, this is not magically different. It’s the nature of the beast, so I would not lower the rating because of this. Usually I just feel very relaxed and it helps me also get great sleep. 5 stars, as long as you know what you’re getting into.
These are different than your typical D8 gummies in 2 ways. 1.) They actulaly have 25mg of D8 in them. If you’re used to takinga product that claims 300mg or so, one of these will be stronger, so don’t eat 12 of them and think everything will be okay because I promise you, you’ll be in for a rude awakening. 2.) It seems that the full terpenoid profile is added to these so the effects are a much fuller experience than just D8 exract alone.

We do not have a Minimum Order Quantity on most products. As a rule, if we sell it as a Hemp Lively Product, then we keep it in stock and there’s no MOQ. If it’s a product variation that we don’t sell but can make easily without having to make a large batch, then there’s no MOQ. eg. You want a 20ct Jar of Delta 8 Gummies 25mg. Hemp Lively only sells 15ct and 30t but we keep the gummies in stock so we can easily put 20 gummies in the jar no problem. However, let’s say you order a 900mg Full Spectrum Tincture. Since we don’t sell that concentration, nor do we keep that solution in stock, then we’d have to formulate a 900mg tincture solution which means we must make at least 500mL, or about 17 bottles. In which case, you’d have to purchase 17 bottles. All gummies and skin care on our price sheet we keep in stock so there’s no MOQ on either of those ever. If you order a gummy variation that we do not keep in stock, the MOQ, whether packaged or bulk, is 40,000 gummies.
BULK GUMMIES: All bulk gummy orders must be placed in increments of 500 gummies. For gummies IN STOCK, the MOQ is only 500. If we have to custom make then, the 40,000 MOQ applies.

As a courtesy, we attempt to remove all possible Minimum Order restrictions. However, manufacturing, labelling, and lab-testing custom products in small quantities can be significantly more expensive, time consuming, and in some cases, not profitable. Low minimum order requirements are meant to be used as a stepping stone in the initial stages of growth allowing you to place valuable startup costs towards marketing and sales to get your company to the next growth stage. If there is a manufacturing issue on any Private Labelled products, of course we’ll take care of it. We stand behind everything we make. Private Label are FOB (Freight on Board) from Niceville, FL and require a customer inspection upon arrival. We warranty all products from manufacturers defects and stand by our Food Safety & Quality Assurance Plan. However, since Private Labelled products are branded with your labels and cannot be resold, there are no returns or exchanges if you change your mind after an order has left our facility. Please plan your orders carefully. We do not require any Minimum Order Quantities on most products so you can start small if you need to in order to avoid any issues.

Since 2016, Hemp Lively has been manufacturing CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9, and HHC Gummies. Our manufacturing facility in Niceville, FL can produce 2-4 million gummies per month at its current production. What you will see on this video are 4 large vats that heat the sugar, gelatin and/or pectin in another, then combine them with other ingredients and extracts, all happenning at over 200 degrees. The final mixture is then transferred to the depositer where the batter is then deposited into the gummy molds.
Our gummy line has 246 molds, each holding 20 gummies. Once the batter is deposited into the gummy molds, it then travels about 50 feet through a cooling tunnel. The molds then flip upside down and head back through the cooling tunnel back towards the depositer.
Once the cooled gummies reach the starting line near the depositing area, the semi-cooled gummies are then pushed out of the molds and onto a conveyer belt for a third and final trip back through the cooling tank.
Once the gummies reach the end of the conveyer belt, they fall onto trays. As each tray fills, it it placed on a cooling rack. Once each rack is filled with trays, the rack is then transported to the drying room, where it will stay for the next few days.
Each batch of gummies is inspected to ensure proper ph and moisture levels. Then samples from the beginning, middle, and end of the batch are sent off for lab testing.
Pending the batch passes their potency tests falling within a small margin from the targeted strength, they are then bagged in 500ct bags to either be sold in bulk or be used later to be packaged into finished Hemp Lively or Private Labelled gummy products.
